A 'Nature Photography with Smartphone' introduction workshop will be held on the 10 July 2024 by local artist / visual arts educator Jo Wong.
Workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn to take better photos of the natural environment using their mobile devices with the help of our friendly tutor and assisting staff.
This beginner class will cover all the essentials of photographing nature, from preparing the trips to working with mobile device cameras and using simple photo-editing steps in an easy setting at a relaxing pace. The 4-hourly workshop comprises a talk on the subject matter and photo-taking techniques, hands-on practice, constant help and feedback and a group wrap-up session, with a lunch break in-between exercises at this beautiful urban oasis (bring your own or purchase at the in-house cafe). So come along for an inspiring and creative experience and be rewarded with your mental and physical efforts in taking this little technical challenge!
