KinderYoga | ONLINE
Kinder-Yoga is an online class for children and their carers to stretch and relax. Each class will run for an hour and our fully qualified yoga facilitator Jess will take you through a series of easy and safe movements to get the body stretching, moving and relaxing.
KinderYoga is perfect for families during lockdown with each yoga session having easy-to-follow movements for children and adults.
Once you book you will be sent the zoom link and password to join the session.
