TAGATA MOANA is a program of workshops and events presented at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The program includes a number of individual events across September and October 2024. These events intend to highlight artists with connections to the Moana Oceania region, and supports audiences to build greater connections to its art and culture.
‘Cook Islands Tivaevae Workshop. Artistic applique quilting’ is a free drop-in activity in the Turbine Hall. Come join Cook Islands Tivaevae Taorei NSW lead by Mereana Taorei , working collectively on a quilt.
