Join us for a fun, social and fabulous Clay and Champas experience!
Our classes are beginner-friendly and great for anyone who wants to dip their toes into the wonderful world of clay. Try your hand in creating beautiful 3D pieces from clay and discover your unique style as you connect with people in a fun and relaxed environment. This workshop will guide you through the process with easy step-by-step instructions and you will be able pick up your unique masterpiece after it has been glazed and fired.
All materials including clay, clay tools, and apron will be supplied as our expert facilitators take you through the process. Be inspired by the beautiful galleries at Casula Powerhouse and enjoy creating from the Artist’s studio where many incredible Artists have created before.
Also included is a delicious grazing platter from our on-site restaurant Bellbird Dining and Bar which includes an antipasto selection; plus, your choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. CAR AND BICYCLE ● From Parramatta or Campbelltown way (without tolls) Take the Hume Highway going towards Liverpool. Follow it all the way into Terminus Street, Liverpool and turn right into Pirie Street. Follow the signs to the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, Shepard Street Entrance. ● From the M5/City (with tolls) Take the M5 to Liverpool. Exit at Moorebank Avenue and drive towards Liverpool turning left at Newbridge Road. Turn left into Speed Street and follow the signs to Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.
ACCESS Visitors with restricted mobility can enjoy all public areas of Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The theatre is fitted with a hearing loop, and has provision for restricted mobility access. Guide and Hearing Dogs are welcome.
