MARCH COMEDY LINE-UP

AJ Lamarque
Patrick Golamco
Josh Diaz
Al Del Bene - HEADLINER

AJ LAMARQUE

Since making the NSW RAW Comedy State Finals in 2020, AJ Lamarque is fast becoming one of Australia’s rising stars in the Comedy scene. With an effortlessly cool demeanour on stage — a result of his skillful writing, quiet confidence and a touch of sass — AJ has honed his skills to entertain countless audiences as well as becoming an award-winning producer & community leader.

AJ has written for a myriad of digital productions and has appeared on podcasts such as Wax Quizzical, Acquisitions Incorporated as well as a regular on Justin Hamilton‘s Big Squid series.

You may have seen AJ at The Comedy Store, Comedy Republic, the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase and Best of the Fest shows, The Comedy Lounge, PAXAUS, Comic Con, his eclectically Tik Tok and more!

PATRICK GOLAMCO

Patrick Golamco is a Chinese Australian comedian, and proud IT nerd. He brings a unique blend of zippy one liners, and awkward personal stories. A regular on the Sydney scene, he has performed at the Perth Fringe, Adelaide Fringe, MICF and Sydney Comedy festivals. Last year, he placed runner-up in the 2020/21 Raw Comedy Competition.

JOCH DIAZ

Joch Diaz hates writing bios. Born in Mexico in the early 80's he showed a talent for hating bios from a very early age. He was named "Most Likely to Always Hate Writing Bios" on his high school yearbook. Right after college he moved to Barcelona, a city that became his second home and where he hated writing bios for most of his adult life. There he also stared a carer in Standup, which has fuelled his hatred for writing bios for the past 10 years. During that time, he has displayed his unique style of comedy, poignant and uncompromising, while wholeheartedly hating writing bios in places like Barcelona, London, Glasgow, Mexico City, Sydney, Hong Kong and Istanbul. He has have some successes, appeared on some local media and opened for some really big names, which unfortunately are all things that require writing bios. He currently resides in Sydney, where he absolutely hates writing bios.

AL DE BENE

L.A. Comedy Awards’ Comedian of The Year, Al Del Bene started doing comedy in Boston at the age of 18. Upon moving to NYC, he quickly became a staple of the underground comedy scene there. After bleeding NY dry of every last joke about how miserable living there made him, Al moved to sunny L.A., where he was a regular at The World Famous Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip. His TV appearances include Comics Unleashed, HBO’s Tourgasm, NESN Comedy All Stars and Jon Lovitz Presents.

Al has travelled to Kuwait and Iraq, with the U.S.O. to perform for the troops, and has also performed comedy & music for more than one hundred sold out Stadiums and Arenas as a featured act on Dane Cook’s Isolated Incident Tour.

Our boy was recently named Comedian of the Year by the L.A. Comedy Awards.

Since March of 2014 Al and his family have been living in Sydney, Australia, where he has performed at The Sydney Opera House with Bill Burrand has appeared on The Comedy Channel’s Just for Laughs.
